Joel Reed is an experienced real estate developer and urban designer/planner based in the Southeast with considerable knowledge and understanding of the development process. He has acquired over 20 years of exposure as a municipal planner, designer and development consultant in the private sector before launching his company, Reed and Co. Joel specializes in a range of projects including multifamily real estate development, land development, and urban regional planning. He has developed many residential projects ranging from Institutional Senior affordable units to high end luxury condo buildings in Miami and the Florida Keys. Downing Park is a special development for Joel as he calls Candler Park home. His experience and personal passion for the community culminate to bring excellence to Downing Park.
